The Temple Trust is a dedicated governing body established to oversee the administration, preservation, and spiritual functioning of the temple. It operates with a deep commitment to Sanatana Dharma and strictly follows the sacred traditions prescribed in the Agama Shastra, especially those related to the worship of Sri Kamakshi Devi.

The Trust ensures that all temple activities—ranging from daily rituals to large-scale festivals—are conducted with discipline, devotion, and authenticity. The administration of the Trust is guided by:
